All admins that can vote on submissions to the group are to now decline any bases not submitted to the right folder. You people can read! Please submit your bases to the right folder, otherwise the base will not be accepted. Thank you.

I think I fixed the submission problem for admins
Yeah I think I fixed the problem. Contributors, co-founders, all of us may now submit the to the folders without any difficulty. If there is any problems let me know and I'll see what I can do elsemore.
